It is time to start collectiong items I will be raffleing during the performances. Any new, nice gift that you may have and can't use. Items that others may like to buy a raffle ticket on. Also when you are collecting Sponsorships, some may not donate cash but will give an item or gift certificates. Make sure they will not expire before September 2008 or later. If they require a letterhead other than the cover sheet of the Sponsorship form, let me know. You may start turning these in to me as soon as we start rehearsals in May and up until performances start in July. Everyone bring in atleast one or more if you can. The more we collect, the more money Y.T. will make. Hope to see you soon and often with raffle items and Sponsorship money.
